I'm Beth Riggs, a licensed Realtor with Amanda Howard Sotheby's International Realty, and Administrative assistant for The Stults Group. 

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I've been serving the community since 2011. I earned my real estate sales license in 2013 and became a licensed real estate broker in 2015. My dedication in this field has allowed me to become a seasoned expert in the North Alabama area.

My real estate journey started with Amanda Howard Real Estate in 2011, I worked my way up through different admin positions until I was named Director of Operations in 2015. This path gave me invaluable insights and experience in all aspects of real estate. In 2019, I made a delightful shift in my life by becoming a mother, and adjusted professionally by focusing solely on selling real estate, adding a new dimension to my already successful career. In 2023 I joined The Stults Group as an administrative assistant.

When I'm not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I enjoy working closely with my husband on renovation and flip projects. When we are not working, traveling with our daughter is another passion that keeps life exciting and vibrant.
